Sheet music to download for xylophone with audio accompaniment

Description

Couleurs (Colors), composed by Christian Hamouy.

Seven easy pieces for percussion keyboards with audio playback accompaniment.
Each piece is written for three different levels on the same accompaniment.
Each color represents music that will accompany three levels within the first practice of keyboard percussion instruments: xylophone, marimba, vibraphone.

The recordings, resolutely actual, all explore different styles of this music. Each time a “concert” version is proposed, declined for each piece with the xylophone recording which will be used for the interpreter to find himself with the accompaniment.
The parts written for percussion are not an end in themselves. The young musician, while respecting the score, will have his own interpretation of the piece. He will be able to take liberties in the phrasing, nuances and with the instruments and accessories added.

The choice of mallets will be made according to the acoustics of the room and the structure of the instrument. The indications given are an idea of the desired color.
